As a fence contractor I run into situations where my local vendors are out of certain things often. Or things that are quicker for me just to order myself. Hoover has a huge selection, and ships immediately. They are like the amazon prime for specific fence parts for us.

I told them that we were going to be on vacation from jan12th to jan 19th. Was told it was all set. Estes trucking still made four calls that week to set up delivery. we received the delivery on the 20th. Product was fine upon delivery. Guess there was poor communication between hoover and estes.
