Delivery time and packaging were good, the caps themselves were a little rough around the edges, but hey it's a fence post cap! The caps did not fit my application, but this was my error not theirs. I have an odd size vineyard post and thought I could make them fit. Not.

Once again the online ordering process was seamless. Cross border shipping and delivery can sometimes be a challenge but not with Hoover. They always go above and beyond with communication which can be a rarity nowadays.
