Was told at time of purchase materials would take roughly 2 to 4 weeks to receive them, but since it was a smaller order they were anticipating a quicker lead time. After that time period had lapsed, they had said it was 2 to 4 weeks just to process the order.

The instructions for changing the cutters were non-existent. No instructions on how to remove/replace, nor any instructions on how to adjust the holder when changing the cutters. Once all that was figured out, the cutter worked great. Lowbuck needs to include this information when sending the product. I spent about 2 hours trying to figure it out, then once I did changing took about 10 minutes. PLEASE include instructions.

As informed by mail. I / my company used to pay by Visa Corporate Credit Card, wire transfer is not a problem but completly unnecessary for small purchases. Not delivering to PO Box adresses in the USA is another issue, we had to pay inland freight, then to our freight forwarders, customs agent etc. increasing the final cost and delaying delivery by more than 1 week. C'mon, it's the 21st. century, Amazon delivers to POBox adresses in the USA every day, wrong policy. Jeff Beatty was very kind and makes a difference.

Pul-Jak was bought out by Centennial Fence. They were unable to serve me due to "unforeseen issues". So I went through Hoover Fence. Hoover Fence was able to serve me right away. Even though there was a bit of a backorder on the product I wanted, they didn't turn me away. They still took my order, processed the sale, provided an approx ETA of the product and made me feel like a valued customer. I am glad I went through Hoover.
