Everything was great except the shipping cost. I got charged for freight shipping but the parts got delivered by a Fex Ex truck. Lost about $200 on the shipping cost.

No communication. Had to call multiple time to get update also took longer than told to get product.

The locinox product appears to be well designed and unique. A solid piece! I’m a little unsure why the latch and lock bolts are so long, we had to machine 1/4” off of them even with them adjusted all the way in. Maybe my gate design is to precise and needs more “slop”, either way it’s a good looking set up. Part was shipped quickly and got me out of a bind…thank you. Paul

Very pleased with this latch. The style fits perfect with the design of our picket fence and arbour. It is well made and functions perfectly, but will also accommodate wood movement through the seasons. Highly recommend the model that c/w the gate stop and padlock brackets.
