Personalized service really helped
I was able to discuss my needs with a live person who had a good understanding of the product I was looking for and when we needed to improvise for my unique application, he knew how to get as much as your company could supply and describe what I would need to fabricate at my end. He then wrote up the order, which was really appreciated.
