Contacted company about fence install. Initial communication was fine, but it went no further. Ended up buying material from them at one price, but found a marketplace listing at a lower price. Contacted company to see if they would adjust the price I paid to the lower advertised price. No response……

Started using Hoover about 11 years ago when I built a new wood gate, and came back to refresh the hardware. Just had the house and fence painted, so wanted a new latch and handle. Items are durable and have a nice satin black finish. Their heavy-duty pin hinges and metal gate sub-frame are still going strong.

So far so good! We received the KleerFlex door kit. It was easy to install and so far our pony is using it to go in and out of her run. I like the flexibility of putting on a few at a time to get her used to it as well as changing the overlap if needed. Thanks for your help!

was very very disappointed in shipping charges ( 120.00) and exchanging due to i ordered the wrong size.

Quality and description of the hardware were very good. The 4-star rating is due to their advertised price vs. actual cost. To charge $25 to ship (by ground) a $10 item that weighs one pound does not seem right. It feels a bit deceptive. Please advertise a fair price for the hardware and a reasonable price for shipping.
