I called to check on some measurements to make sure it was what I needed. They pulled one of the shelf gave me the info and I ordered it (just 1x to double check) on line. mid-day. It was out the door the same day and at my receiving the 2nd day. IMPRESSED. I am going to order more this week.

I emailed the company along with some pictures of a gate that was damaged from a storm. The response was very prompt. They suggested 3 different hinges. I ordered the hinge that looked closest to the hinge currently. It was an exact match!!! Very pleased and saved me a ton of money having to call out a fence company to fix.

My experience with this company was amazing. I assembled a gate with another company, and then after a while, their hinges broke. I could not find the hinges anywhere else and I was thinking that I had to rebuy the whole Adjust-A-Gate kit again. Thankfully, I found this company and ordered what I was looking for. Their shipping was super quick too. I recommend this company to everyone.
