It was a great experience working with Jeff to get the products I needed for a fence repair.

The initial purchase was great. I needed help finding a complementary piece and called for assistance. The hinges were shipped and received in good order and quickly. During installation the spring broke, this time when I called the experience was horrible. I was told this was not the company’s problem and I needed to call the manufacturer to submit a claim. When I asked for a number for the manufacturer, I was told to google it! Last time I purchase from this company.

It was a great experience considering I was buying from abroad, meaning I had specific payment and shipping considerations. Having a configuration tool for my project to ensure all items and accessories were considered correctly, was greatly appreciated. Customer support once the order was placed was focused and responsive to my needs. The only minor thing I would like to suggest is that for cases like mine enabling credit card payments should be the case. Also, for orders having multiple shipments, an individual tracking number will speed up further tracking and arrangements due by the customer. But overall it was a great shopping experience and I totally recommend doing business with Hoover
