Poor customer service when I called in for the recommended sealant so that the warranty would be honored. Went off on tangents about everything I didn't ask for. This guy needs training on how to listen & then how to be direct in answering. The Nantucket Post Caps are terrific but the Hoover service was poor.

Hoover Fence Co, the Top Locking Fence Slats I ordered were great and as expected… I would have gave 5 Stars, but when I ordered the site had a box for special comments. I asked for and would have paid for… more of the Locking Strips that go into the Top Lock…and didn’t get them or any comments back from you.

Didnt like that as a first time customer that they have to speak with you on the phone just to confirm orders.....its paid for, so send it ya no. Fast shipping after waiting longer than expected original delivery, so not really sure if thats good or bad. The whole point is.....Im not/wasnt a first time customer.......i purchased my knocher from them-theyre ok quality, but wish they were better. But as a repeat customer, I dont expect this type of BS especially since they never did before.......wish i had more hands, id give it 5 thumbs down

The bands I ordered did not fit the posts I ordered the for> I was very specific when I ordered them and was assured that they would fit the post size but they did not. On top of this, I ordered some wall mounts and I specifically asked for the stationary type. When the box came they were swivel wall mounts which also did me no good. On top of all this, I paid for expedited shipping for absolutely nothing other than to bolster my stock of ramdom material that I might use sometime in the next 20 yrs...
