They have a really rude man in customer service. He kept arguing with me about a payment I made online that was already on my credit card charges. He refused to lessen the balance due. It all came out correctly but that man should not be talking to customers. He was also the one that send emails.

They took the extra time to reach-out to me... after the order was placed...just to be sure I knew what I was getting. We discussed my project and came to the conclusion that I had ordered the wrong tool for the type of work I was doing.
