I bought a Jackson sectional from Homelement. Shipping process is terrible. They would not arrange otherwise . It’s curbside delivery . I live in an apt and this was a very stressful experience... See more
The product is top notch!! But you have a customer service rep, JENNIFER, who is superb!! She went above and beyond by even calling the manufacturer direct and then phoning me with the information I requested. Between wonderful customer and great product, I will be telling everyone about Homelement!!!!!!!
Great purchase experience... Product arrived on a timely basis with no shipping problems. Love our new dining table and chairs. With the attached leaf to enlarge our table we can now seat eight people with no problem. Lots of compliments already !
The truck drivers called the day before and said they were in the area, so could deliver that afternoon if we wanted. I said yes, and they came on time. They unpacked the boxed in our driveway and brought the pieces into the family room and set them up. Quick, quiet, complete.
Ordered set of 10 dining chairs. Website has great selection and excellent prices. Chairs came right away and delivery guys even brought the boxes into our home, instead of leaving them on the doorstep, which they didn't have to do! Very happy with entire experience! Will definitely ship here again. Thank you.
I've ordered twice from Homelement and I've had two very good experiences. Shipping is quick once it leaves the warehouse. Updates on my order are more than adequate. I would order from here again.
Dealing with Homelement was a very easy and excellent experience. I was a little apprehensive at first, but after talking to them it all changed. They were very helpful as well as honest. I certainly would have no problem ordering from them anytime again!
I had questions about my order and the employee was helpful and friendly. My large piece of furniture was delivered in the allotted time by a third party shipping company, which was also prompt and courteous. We love our new bookcases! We feel like we live in a mansion! Well made.
All of our furnitures came from Homeelement Stores! We started buying furniture from Homeelement Stores 8 years ago & we keep coming back to them. The furnitures have good quality & the prices are very good. Their customer service is very nice. They answered all of the questions we had about the furniture and helped us decide what will fit best for our house. Highly recommend Homeelement Stores for your next furniture.
I bought living room set, dining room set and bedroom set from homelement.
I've ordered from Homelement on several occasions and I've always been happy with the product and the service. They are a US based company and the customer service people are always nice and helpful. The prices are great and the quality of the product is excellent. A great value all around.
Bought bedroom and sofa set. Delivery went without a glitch. Highly recommended!
We bought bed and dinner table set from Homelement. They both looked very nice and priced well. Our bed came damaged during shipment so we call Homelement for customer support. They sent someone to look at the bed to see if it can be repaired. Luckily it could so I don't have to waste time waiting for a replacement to arrive.
