HME Medical Shop

Items were shipped and one (1) carton arrived seriously damaged VIA FEDEX. I would not accept it for that reason. I never opened it and didn't plan to the way that it arrived. I called/Emailed/TEXTED HME only to be told that someone would look into this and resolve the matter within 72 (3 Days) Hours. It never happened and I wasn't able to stir anyone at HME to resolve the matter Therefore I am asking for the payment of $159.95 that is long overdue REDUND. more than 10 days have passed and NO RESPONSE or ANYTHING.

I ordered two cases of a product payed $48.00 only was only sent two tube Sent email got one back return that email haven't heard from Them since They stoled my money

bough a seat upholstery tried to use a credit card it did not except the card so i did a second card received 2 items went for a return for the second item and as of now it is still in review 504 3/14/24 no problem with the item just would like to get a refund for the second one my problem is the refund process bough item around 3/4/24

We ordered a replacement seat for our wheelchair and the good news was that it came quickly. The bad news is it’s the wrong size. We have reached out several times to customer service and they will NOT respond. Thanks but NO thanks

So grateful for the wheels now my resident does not have to struggle to walk anymore. It took a long time to get here. They are also a little pricey. They should of had a discount for buying two wheels. We wished it was a faster postal delivery.

It is a good fair company and easy to return items to.

I needed replacement bearings for a wheelchair. HME had the part at a competitive price. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. The part shipped the next day and arrived promptly. I am very satisfied with HME. I would order from HME again.

the product i bought showed the part i needed but when arrived that part was not on it description is written to indicate that part is comes with it but still no part, still no return info and no way to contact them except email

Staff was very helpful. Purchased wheels to replace broken wheels in a wheel chair and the response and service was outstanding.

Wheels for mobility scooter arrived on time and were a perfect replacement for the old wheels. Very satisfied with the product and delivery.

The order was made for two brakes ( a left and right)for a knee scooter. The package arrived 6 days later (I paid for expedited delivery which was 2-4 days) with only the left brake! The packing slip was missing and there was no notice regarding the right brake missing. I emailed customer service - there is no way to call and did not get a response 4 3 days. The response I got was that the right brake was out of stock. Funny I got charged for both BEFORE the shipment left the warehouse. As part of the response they claimed that the right brake was back in stock. It took another 2 days to get the package sent out of the warehouse. In summary extremely poor processes, awful customer service and probably the worst e-commerce experience ever. If you have an alternative vendor - use not HME Medical Shop!

I am unable to get in the return page I would like to send the items back

My father is dependent upon a reclining wheelchair for transportation. After having the chair for a couple of years, the right release handle detached. Instead of having to purchase a whole new chair, I was able to purchase a replacement release handle from HME Medical Shop. The site was easy to navigate and I received my order in about a week.

Customer Service Was Overwhelming. Recovered Both Orders. Which Were Ordered Wrong. Very Helpful With Returns.

I received the parts that I ordered on time and in great shape, It would have helped tremendously if I had received directions to go with the parts.

Dear HME Medical Shop I've emailed this support address over five times in the last month telling you ***** you sent me the wrong part, sending pictures of them to prove it twice. My wife has been barly able to get around because her old wheels are in such bad shape. I'm fed up with your company's lame asses! You will NOT be getting my business ever again and I will make sure to copy and paste this feedback/review on as many sites as I can!! Your company sucks!!

Very dependable and speedy delivery

I recently ordered a small part for a rollator. I needed and ordered only 1 part. HME, for some reason, processed and charged me for 2 pieces. I immediately reached out to them to correct the order before shipping, but got no response. Sure enough, I received 2 pieces. I’ve asked for a return authorization and refund of the 1 piece I didn’t need. So far, nothing!! I would recommend NOT doing business with this company.
