I ordered a dual defroster plate this morning, I didn't get my 10% discount, so I rang customer service team and the colleague was very polite and helpful. She assured me that she would refund the discount when the order went through to her. It worked out fine 🙂 100% thank you High Street TV.

Brilliant service and delivery times. Placed two orders on seperate days and was despatched same day of orders and was delivered the day after even without booking as next day 👍👍

Really helpful after reporting a fault with a product. Very quick to resolve issue , and replace at no extra cost. I spoke to Nimmy At Customer services and I feel she went above and beyond , will definately buy products from high street tv in the future.

High Street TV are by far the most helpful vendor and Customer Service team I have ever come across in all my 77 years. Having accidentally ordered the wrong product, when realising my mistake, I contacted their Customer Care team by email and received a very prompt and courteous reply from Luke, who very swiftly dealt with my problem. He took all my stress away. Thank you seems very inadequate. A great company with excellent Customer Care.

Absolutely amazing I don’t like puttin myself with owing money but this was well worth it I can sleep so much better now I done it and got the fan so so happy with shopping and will definitely be shipping with them again 🙂

I recently bought a "Like New" strimmer as there were no new models in stock at that point. My previous strimmer was bought from this company four years ago and has been brilliant so I new the quality would be good. I used it on Friday and I'm very pleased. The only issue I had was with the delivery and this was entirely due to the courier service and not High St TV. I paid an extra £4 for next day delivery but the item was not delivered. I emailed High St TV who responded very promptly and very generously refunded my full postage. I was dealt with by the lovely Kimmy, who was very polite and efficient. I would have no hesitation buying from this company again.

There was no issue with you other than you need to get a decent courier firm. Three times Evri failed to deliver saying the package was unexpectedly too large Your customer care team worked hard to resolve with no joy from Evri. Eventually DPD were used and did what they said - delivered the next day without any hassle

Great little gadget bought online. Very fast delivery by Evri. High St TV website tried to charge me P&P, but if you remove the item from basket and log out you may get an email with 10% off and free P&P like I did.

Great sevice from high street tv , Nimmy the customer service person was very helpful with the appliance that was faulty , explaining what I needed to do to get a replacement item , they fast tracked the replacement , great sevice all round 😃

The product actually worked as advertised. Buy a lot of things with false claims so pleasantly surprised.
