I was not able to log back into my account as I needed high speed to reset my own password!!!??very dumb as I should be able to reset my own password myself..I now have to wait until Monday and I did not even log out of the account for the course.
I really enjoyed this training
I really enjoyed this training, it was easily accessible, had good links and further reading options and I loved having the narrated option and the choice of speeds, as well as the videos of people's experience, it all worked effectively to absorb the learning material.

They training was very informative and…
The training was very informative and in depth for each section, also good to be able to jump in and out so not a brain overload. Downside is that the Certificate that came through the post was bent in half to be posted and didn't look good to frame if required, albeit it did say Do not bend!
