I was not able to log back into my…
I was not able to log back into my account as I needed high speed to reset my own password!!!??very dumb as I should be able to reset my own password myself..I now have to wait until Monday and I did not even log out of the account for the course.
I really enjoyed this training
I really enjoyed this training, it was easily accessible, had good links and further reading options and I loved having the narrated option and the choice of speeds, as well as the videos of people's experience, it all worked effectively to absorb the learning material.

They recommended their management suite…
They recommended their management suite to us as a company. The software is incredibly difficult to use, sets up multiple users. It's incredibly difficult to use as a business user with lots of staff. I really wouldnt recommend it. The amount of times feedback has been given yet not acknowledged. Everytime you call their offices are closed for training, training on what i've no idea as they never get any better or improve their system

I work with adults with learning disabilities and you have supported us with our training. Because our guys can take their time, print resources, and don't have to pass first time they are more relaxed and able to follow the course. Support is great from the team and get back to you very quickly. This training has help our guys to find paid employment. So thank you.
