I was not able to log back into my…
I was not able to log back into my account as I needed high speed to reset my own password!!!??very dumb as I should be able to reset my own password myself..I now have to wait until Monday and I did not even log out of the account for the course.
I really enjoyed this training
I really enjoyed this training, it was easily accessible, had good links and further reading options and I loved having the narrated option and the choice of speeds, as well as the videos of people's experience, it all worked effectively to absorb the learning material.

Sorry, very disappointed. As the owner of a micro company I was taking a candidate through level 2 food safety. As a level 3 food safety holder and Member of the Royal Society for Public Health I wasn't impressed on the wording of some of the questions, nor was I impressed with questions on Scottish food safety, which, of course, differs from England, nor was I impressed with the question on toxins given off by fish, which, as it happens, I had already covered with my candidate but was not on the syllabus or covered in the modules.

Excellent training
I really enjoyed the training (as much as one can when it features some heavy subject matter!). It was well structured, informative and comprehensible. I would definitely recommend using High Speed Training to others and would use it again.

Completed the Food Hygiene for Catering…
Completed the Food Hygiene for Catering online course recently and found it very easy to use. Working through the modules at my own pace and own time made it much more suitable for my busy life, being able to leave and come back in the middle of a section. Will definitely use High Speed Training again in the future :)
