Sorry, very disappointed. As the owner of a micro company I was taking a candidate through level 2 food safety. As a level 3 food safety holder and Member of the Royal Society for Public Health I wasn't impressed on the wording of some of the questions, nor was I impressed with questions on Scottish food safety, which, of course, differs from England, nor was I impressed with the question on toxins given off by fish, which, as it happens, I had already covered with my candidate but was not on the syllabus or covered in the modules.
