I was not able to log back into my account as I needed high speed to reset my own password!!!??very dumb as I should be able to reset my own password myself..I now have to wait until Monday and I did not even log out of the account for the course.
I really enjoyed this training
I really enjoyed this training, it was easily accessible, had good links and further reading options and I loved having the narrated option and the choice of speeds, as well as the videos of people's experience, it all worked effectively to absorb the learning material.

i needed to keep upto date with current certificate as my current one had just expired. i found this companies format very good indeed. would i reccommend most certainly. I shall be very soon enrolling for food 3 certificate with this company

A good experience
I took the Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Manufacturing course ready for the commencement of production in my Brewery / Bakery plant. The course was clear, in-depth and taught me some new things (I had expected it to be a going through the motions job, but much of it was really educational too.) I'd recommend this method over a journey to a classroom based course - the quality of those varies a lot whereas the online course was well presented and well put together. Electronic certificate was available immediately I'd passed, and the paper one arrived in the post within a few days. I'd do this again,. COVID or no, because it was good, quick and inexpensive.

The guide is well written but verbal narration poor
The guide is well written but the computer generated verbal narration of the script renders it absolutely USELESS. It is so unnatural that my brain was not able to take any of it in until I read it for myself. In which case, I could just as well have read the CDM regulations directly.
