A good experience
I took the Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Manufacturing course ready for the commencement of production in my Brewery / Bakery plant. The course was clear, in-depth and taught me some new things (I had expected it to be a going through the motions job, but much of it was really educational too.) I'd recommend this method over a journey to a classroom based course - the quality of those varies a lot whereas the online course was well presented and well put together. Electronic certificate was available immediately I'd passed, and the paper one arrived in the post within a few days. I'd do this again,. COVID or no, because it was good, quick and inexpensive.
