DO NOT USE. NOT A DEEP CLEAN AT ALL
Hi here is the list of things not done from the 'professional cleaners' sent to our 5 bedroomed Both cleaners had poor personal hygiene and little care in their appearance (Both smelt (heavily) of cigarette smoke) Note: We are not judging but if a cleaner has little to no care in their own personal cleanliness it does not instil confidence in their ability to clean our home Both cleaners did not come across as professional n their manner Both cleaners did not come across as friendly / aimable Kept going outside to smoke Did not clean base of toilets Did not clean sofas that were quoted and paid for! Did not mop hard floors Did not clean all kitchen cupboards outside and none inside. Did not clean skirting boards in some areas of kitchen Did not clean the kitchen sink especially round the tap area Made windows dirtier with smears Did not clear cobwebs Did not wipe down soap dispensers Did not deep clean showers Did not deep clean the carpets the stains were still there when they finished(the machine did not look like a proper industrial product, meant for professional carpet cleaning) There is so much they missed I am very disappointed with their service it was nowhere near a deep clean! They sent someone back to put things 'right'. I told them under no circumstances did I want the man and the lady that originally were supposed to deep clean my house back, so to be fair to them they did send two women, but they didn't have a clue what they were doing, they were not informed of all the tasks they needed to do, and therefore did not have the right equipment to do the job properly. They said they were only told the night before to come to our house. So disappointed that I wasted all that money for a DEEP CLEAN when all I got was a SKIM CLEAN. I would never use them again!
