Heil Air Conditioner Reviews

This Heil unit has exceeded expectations during our brutal summer. Even on 100+ degree days, it maintains perfect temperature without running constantly. The energy efficiency is impressive and installation was done right the first time.

Installation went smoothly and the crew was very knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and tested everything thoroughly before leaving.

Had my Heil AC unit installed last month and couldn't be happier. The technicians were professional, arrived on time, and explained everything clearly. The unit runs quietly and has kept our home perfectly cool even during the recent heat wave. Worth every penny.

Happy with how the AC performs - it's quiet and effective. The installation day ran about 2 hours longer than originally estimated, which was inconvenient, but the end result is solid work.

From initial consultation to final installation, everything was handled professionally. The sales rep wasn't pushy and helped me choose the right size unit for my home. Installation team was courteous and efficient.

The AC unit itself is performing well and the price was competitive. However, it took several attempts to get a convenient installation date scheduled. The office staff seemed overwhelmed with appointments. Once installed, no issues with the actual service.

Been running for 6 months now with no problems. Energy bills are reasonable and the house stays comfortable. Would recommend to others looking for a dependable AC solution.

The AC works great and cools our house efficiently. Only complaint is it's slightly noisier than expected, especially when it first kicks on. Overall satisfied with the purchase and installation service.

The installation quality was good and the AC works as expected. However, when I had a question about the warranty, it took multiple calls to get a clear answer. The technical work was solid but communication could improve.

Researched several brands and went with Heil based on reviews and price point. Very pleased with the decision - runs efficiently and the 10-year warranty gives peace of mind. Installation crew was knowledgeable and respectful of our home.

The unit works okay now, but we had some initial problems with uneven cooling that took multiple service visits to resolve. The technicians were skilled but getting callbacks scheduled was frustrating. Eventually got it sorted out.

The AC itself works fine, but when I needed a minor repair, the service call fee seemed high for what was basically a 15-minute fix. Product quality is good though.
