Very disappointing after-sales service from Hedin Automotive
I am extremely unhappy with the customer service experience from Hedin Automotive after leasing my MINI Countryman Cooper SE All4 from the Dordrecht branch. The sales team was very attentive during the purchase process, but the service quality dropped immediately after the contract was signed. I chose a private lease with seasonal tyre change included, yet I have been unable to book this service anywhere — not through the Hedin website, not through the app. I reached out to drivercare three times asking for support or at least information on the nearest workshop (in Amsterdam) where I could get my winter tyres changed. I have received no response at all. This is not only inconvenient — it directly affects my travel plans. I am scheduled to drive to Austria and Germany during the holiday season, and now I have to either cancel or make alternative arrangements at extra cost. For a service I am paying EUR 1,150 per month, I expected much better responsiveness and support. Unfortunately, my customer experience so far has been very poor
