I returned the phone as my husband, who has a central tremor, couldn’t use it. They said it was not acceptable as they couldn’t resell it due to the condition it was in. They showed me a picture of a white substance around a button and scratch marks around the backing. We could not open the back off the phone without using a small flat screwdriver. They said had to pay £4 for postal back to me. I have asked 3 times, via email for details of how to pay and have had no response whatsoever. They still have the phone and l am still waiting on how to get it back. Not happy. I wish I had taken photo of phone before l sent it back. Nothing wrong with phone, just the company. Still received nothing, not in junk mail either. Wonder what email address they are using. I want the phone back.

The company very nice when ordering not so when you want to return your item even when they say as long it’s in a resalable condition you can have full refund. The telephone my 83 year old brother only had it 4 days couldn’t understand how to use it so was in exalent condition , they refused to give money back saying it had scratches on, sticky stuff , bottom of phone looked like a dog had been chewing it on the images they sent by email never had a dog, all down right lies on reading reviews it looks like it’s a common thing when you return items especially the elderly. They do offer to send it back to you if you’ll pay postage also they kindly offer to dispose of it knowing that’s what the elderly would most likely do . So what happens to the item that’s in excellent condition up sale again double profit ?

Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with in a long long time. Customer service is unknown here...if you buy anything dont ever try to return it without being prepared for a fight. I tried on a knee brace indoors, for a total of 20 mins but it didn't fit right so I returned it & had my refund refused despite it all being sent back in original packaging...they say it was marked...well if your product cannot survive an indoor 20 minutes fitting then you have issues with your product. If it discolors so easily again it's a product fault. They however disagreed held my item hostage until I paid for return postage bearing in mind I had to pay to send it back for a refund. Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid at all costs

Fast and efficient service

We purchased Ostomy Swimming Shorts for Men. The sizing of these items is completely inaccurate. When we requested a return we were told that the shorts were ‘perishable’ and they would not entertain a refund of any form even though they had not even been tried on properly as it was impossible to get the medium over my husband’s hips (despite him ordering a Medium, his usual size). This company should not be named ‘Health and Care’ as they do not care at all!

Item was returned as it was a little heavy for me . But I can not fault there service even as a return. I highly recommend the seller/company for there excellent service. Will definitely be using in the future.
