I am disgusted with the service I received on sending the Telephone back undamaged in perfect condition asked for refund due to having difficulty understanding as to how to use it. I returned it on the 2/7/25 5days after receiving it .You then informed me that I cant have my money back due to the phone not being in a resalable condition showing pictures off damage, with which I strongly disputed with you. I have in my position photographs that I could use to dispute your evidence of damage. I got my self in such a state of distress my family made me send for it back. Which proved there was no damage. So there fore you are not a reputable company to deal with, as it shows on Trust Pilot on returning goods. I rest my case .
