Such a quick delivery.

Came across Health & Care by chance looking for an easier cordless phone for my mum as she is struggling with her memory after being so poorly. The phone is her lifeline, I needed her to be able to still keep in touch with family and friends at the ease of the big buttons. Phone looks fab, fits well in your hand, great with the enhanced volume. The big buttons also on the main charging cradle is fab so you can put faces within, link the number directly to that button making it easy to call regulars. Easy to set up. Great value for money too.

The buying experience was really good and was supposed to be delivered the next day. However the courier let us down and did not deliver on time. They did call and let me know at 14.30 after waiting in all day for the delivery. Luckily next day delivery was not needed this time, but it was one of the reasons I bought from yourselves.

I ordered what I needed at a fair price. I've now re ordered again only criticism was it took a week to deliver so will be interesting to see how long this same order takes. If it's quicker I'll change it to 5 stars

Great and easy to navigate website with excellent information on sizing to ensure a correct fit for the anti embolism stockings. I ordered 2pairs in different colours, they are very good quality. Delivery was earlier than expected… overall a company I will use again… highly recommend

The website was easy to navigate, the checkout process was simple as well as the tax exemption form, everything was handled efficiently and was very easy. Delivery was ridiculously fast as well. Ordered on a Thursday or Friday evening and had it by the weekend! Amazing shipping time. And I absolutely love the special tomato stroller. My son refuses to walk, especially when in shutdown or meltdown and as he gets bigger I cannot carry him long distances so I am so grateful for a stroller that takes older children without it looking like a disability stroller. It's inclusive and cool looking.

Very helpfull with information regarding telephone and how to reclaim the VAT as it was classed as fir elderly person on their own . They supplied the form which was easy to complete and the refund was made. I would recommend them and will use them again now I know what they sell.

Service was excellent, when I emailed a question the answer was quickly returned. After that we changed our order and the correct version was swiftly received! My refund for the first item was very quickly returned to my account! First class customer service! Excellent!
