Arrived on time, wasn’t suitable, returned, was told the back had been scratched so wouldn’t give a refund, The product must have been made of inferior materials as I took the back off to insert battery, I wasn’t aware of causing any damage, I certainly didn’t see any when packaging up the product to return, If just opening the back of product causes marks then it’s not fit for purpose, I’m an old lady, don’t have that much strength, Disappointing, health and care told me they would send it back to me if I paid £4 postage, Missing the point entirely, it wasn’t suitable, So health and don’t care now have a product and money, their mums must be so proud, I won’t be using this firm again, If anyone else is thinking of buying from health and care, make very sure you’re not going to return product, you may be disappointed,
