My 6 year old grandson is currently undergoing chemotherapy. He is autistic and non verbal and won’t sleep in the hospital bed. For four days and nights he slept in his pram which didn’t recline. I bought a pram from this company and whilst it was very expensive the quality of the pram is what you pay for. He will be having treatment for the next 9 to 12 months and at least he is sleeping in a comfortable pram. Because it was a medical need I didn’t pay VAT which helped with the finances but even with VAT it is well worth the money. A high quality, sturdy, comfortable pram well worth the money. It will last him a good few years and I would have no hesitation recommending it.

Terrible service. I bought an ankle brace which rubbed badly when I tried it for a short time. I returned the item stating it was not fit for purpose and they refused to give a refund as it had been worn. There was no consideration or adherence to the consumer rights act. They now want to charge me £4 to have the item returned. Absolutely shocking service, especially as the product was not cheap and I have already paid to return the item.
