Very easy to purchase online; fast and reliable delivery and a really good product. Recycled so good for the environment too. I've bought a 2nd pair for myself and one for a friend.
Initially I was happy because my purchase was cheaper than anywhere else and delivery was free and quick. A few weeks later there was a manufacturing fault with my product and Cliona responded within an hour of my web enquiry to sort my issue. A replacement arrived the next day. I'd definitely recommend this company as it values their customers.

The sleeve looked as if it was well made but I never took it out of the packaging! It was ordered as it was 23/48 hour delivery and I was desperate for a shower! Unfortunately, it wasn’t dispatched in time and then Royal Mail decided to hang on to it for 3 more days! Couldn’t wait for it so ordered one from Amazon with same day delivery! There was some doubt that I would get a refund but as it hadn’t been unpacked a refund was agreed - it came very quickly 🙂

I wouldn’t even give 1 star as the drop foot prosthetic was terrible. I only wore it once and after about an hour of wearing it the prosthetic had broken my skin really bad on my ankle and also bruised my calf . The prosthetic is such hard plastic and digs in , Ive still got the sore .
