I was doing a loan to pay-down some stubborn credit card balances -run up during cancer treatment. From the time that the loan was approved, to the time when the payments showed up as pending transactions in the credit card accounts - absolutely phenomenal! Basically, load sought on a Saturday, had funds being transferred by the following Tuesday for some bank cards, and only a day/two later for the balance of the loan to be in my checking account. You guys rock!

I was surprised how quick and easy it was to get the loan going online without having to call into a service agent. The approval turnaround was pretty quick as well - in less than 48 hours. The website it also intuitive and easy to navigate. Ultimately, I wish I had started the process sooner.

I applied for my loan on 7/15/26 and as of today, the 30th, it has yet to post to the bill I wanted it to pay off. I'll be expected to pay my first payment in a few days and you'll get your money, but I haven't got mine.

I have tried for 2 weeks now to get into the account we made over a month ago. We have spoke to people who obviously are not in the united states and have NO idea how to work the app or website. I am get a 404 error when I try to pay my bill from my email they are sending and every password I have tried fails even though I have 3 green checks. This is the absolute worst bank and app I have ever used!
