Very bad customer service!

I have tried for 2 weeks now to get into the account we made over a month ago. We have spoke to people who obviously are not in the united states and have NO idea how to work the app or website. I am get a 404 error when I try to pay my bill from my email they are sending and every password I have tried fails even though I have 3 green checks. This is the absolute worst bank and app I have ever used!
