I was able to do most everything on line. I did talk to a customer service representative with Happen bank for less than 10 minutes . The representative was so kind and helpful. He made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. I am very pleased with my loan and the way it was executed.

The process is fast and you get a reply almost immediately and then you receive your funds usually the following day.. a pleasure to work with this bank..
This was a super fast quick easy process.The money is in my account within days.The interest rate is extremely high though.Would do business again in a jam.

Lending Club is a fraudulent company who takes your money and doesn’t refund. They are not upfront about all internal fees and they bamboozle you. Cheap frauds and thieves!!!!!
The process was very sraight foward. The loan was a quick process for sure. It is great to help rebuild for sure. I wish that they would give you the opertonuity to open a savings account with the lan process with their bank. Can't say I am a big fan of putting all my accounts in their hands. But it is ok just need to change my accounts with them.

I was turned down for a Happen Bank loan. Reason: insufficient income. I make mid 6 figures. My credit score is over 800. When I called to appeal, they told me I might want to get someone else to cosign. How stupid!
They keep sending the same cut and pasted response. Why would I contact that customer service team that has been the source of the problem? If you were with LendingClub bank and got transferred to this horrible bank, Good Luck.
Customer service is lacking! I spent 25 minutes and spoke to 5 different agents before being put on hold for another 15 minutes and then being disconnected. The agents acted as though they had no knowledge of the app or the DebtIQ related to the app. Happen Bank if your going to offer a service on your app please train your agents to be able to answer the simplest of questions.
I found this loan opportunity on C.K. , this had the best interest rates. The application process was beyond easy. I had my funds within days. I requested a larger amount. I have had a great experience and hopefully after paying off this loan I can pursue another one with Happen when needed.

Quick and easy!
1st, approved my 2nd loan. That has really helped me. Approval was quickly. My only objection was the full origination fee . I understand charging me a fee but since I already had a loan, maybe cut me some slack. I do like that you work with your payment due dates.
I have taken multiple loans and can not believe how easy this was or how fast I was funded. The process took only 3 days and Happen had the lowest interest rate I found while shopping loans and benefits.
My experience with LendingClub has been extremely disappointing. Their customer service was one of the worst I've dealt with. Representatives did not explain important information clearly, and I often had to contact them multiple times just to get basic answers. Instead of providing proper guidance, I was left confused about my account and payment responsibilities. On top of that, I was surprised by fees that were not clearly explained upfront. It felt like there were hidden charges that only became apparent later. Because I wasn't given accurate or complete guidance, I ended up with late fees that could have been avoided if someone had properly explained the process and payment requirements. Based on my experience, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and inadequate support made the entire process frustrating. I would not recommend LendingClub if you expect clear information and reliable customer service.
