Apollo Spiral Womens Mountain After I got this bike for my daughter less then a year old back wheel bearing broke break come of or just stuck this is the most shocking bike iv bought.Halfords booked it and just said were and tear and iv got to pay the attitude is shocking never going Halfords again!!!!!

Online only, quicker with Amazon
If you expect to go to your local store to purchase an item that was on the website then do some research first. A lot of items are online purchase only. Spent a morning traveling to Halfords Chatham to spend £150 on an orbital polisher to find out that it's online only. So I went back home onto Amazon and ordered one there for a cheaper price. No wonder the high street is dying.

Order in advance and then still have to wait
Ordered a bike with build included on Tuesday for collection from 0900 on Saturday morning. Arrive at 1000 on Saturday morning and the bike hasn’t been built yet. In fairness the young lad built it straight away and we were on our way by 1030 however doesn’t excuse shoddy service up to that point!
