HALFORDS WON'T HELP WITH FAILED DHL DELIVERY
DHL failed over two dates to deliver . Tried to get through to DHL and keep getting cut off. Tried Halfords customer services , operator keep asking me over and over same questions even when given answers then said to try DHL again. So it appears another once good UK company has been ruined . Now have to go back to card company to get money back .AVOID , DON'T RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY AND TIME ! !
The guys at Halford's Enfield are always busy but they always make an effort to make people feel welcome. They're knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and advise what's best for you. I was looked after by Steve who managed the whole process really well. We had a big job to fix to get the MOT but Ossie the technician went above and beyond to assist in making sure everything went well. I would advise buying out the 2 units to the left and right so you can get more ramps in and look after more customers. Well done Halfords.

2 hours to get 2 tyres changed , and I pre-booked the slot online. No customer care, no managing expectations. Customer must just sit down and wait while technicians head off to fetch a pizza in the middle of your job. Work was fine but this organisation has a lot to learn about customer care

I booked the car in for a 10 30 slot for a regas at Halfords Foss islands York which should take no longer than 30 minutes but I was told to return in 2 hours. When I returned I was informed they are busy and it could be another couple of hours. I would definitely not use halfords in the future what a shambles.

I booked the car in for a 10 30 slot for a regas at Halfords Foss islands York which should take no longer than 30 minutes but I was told to return in 2 hours. When I returned I was informed they are busy and it could be another couple of hours. I would definitely not use halfords in the future what a shambles.
I ordered two products on line for click and collect at Sheffield Kilner Way store. Both were available and I was told they would be available after an hour. I also paid in full and immediately. I then get confirmation emails etc to show the order is being processed. Alittle later I get another email saying I’ll be getting a refund and will be contacted by Halfords to explain why. I havent been contacted you can’t contact the store direct so I rang the number on the website and spoke to someone who didn’t sound like they were based in the UK, poor call quality etc. She confirmed that my order was cancelled but couldn’t tell me why. I expressed concern that when I placed my order the stock was available as the only reason she could offer was no stock. This has happened to me before with this particular store and clearly Halfords accept orders and lead you to believe that items are available when they clearly aren’t I won’t be using them again as they are frankly hopeless and disingenuous.
