The GymAssistant/ ProShop/ GateKeeper software suite are the perfect solution for anyone looking for a hassle-free, reliable, straightforward gym management system. By keeping things nice and simple, the program is practically bulletproof, and will keep you up and operating frustration-free for years to come.
Also, unlike their competitors, GymAssistant only charge a one-time fee for the software, and no monthly "subscription" fees or contracts to keep your system active. This is especially important for new/small businesses, as the increase in "subscribe-to-everything" model seems to be the new norm, and those costs can add up quite quickly when operating a non-commercially branded gym.
With that said, where GymAssistant really shines is with their sales and support team. Throughout my various interactions with them, every member of their team was polite, prompt, and truly checked all the boxes for fantastic customer service. I was never forced to deal with a clunky chat bot, or get transferred through 10 different people at a generic call centre to get an answer. I can't even recall the last time I hung up from a support call with a smile and a laugh, but these guys made it happen.
Overall, my experience has been a solid 10/10 with both the software and the support team.
