Hope you never have an issue
While the software does what I need, we recently upgraded the computer we run the software on. We are having issues, but we have to pay $125 for a one-time support ticket and $190 for a yearly subscription. So much for standing behind your product. Time to shop around. Issues include credit cards being reported as expired that expire in 2026 and 2030.
