This has truly been the best gym software to work with and their customer service has been excellent. They are always get back to us the same day and even have an emergency line for the weekends after hours... I especially want to give a shout out to SERENA. She is the best customer service agent I have ever worked with anywhere! If you ever lose her you are losing your best asset. She's kind, always helpful and so personable. Best of all, even when it's not gym assistants issue, she works with us to get us to a solution. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Thanks Serena and thanks gym assistant.
