This is a TERRIBLE SOFTWARE! Look for other options that are much more innovative and easier to use and won’t screw up your accounting and reporting issues. Bilogics have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER. AND TECH SUPPORT. Take it from me I’ve used them for years because there were not many options at the time and compare to how. This people will TRY AND CHARGE for everything ie Tech support when they know their software is behind the time and have numerous of glitches and errors and won’t admit to it. Gym Asisistant are VERY OBSOLETE and behind with the time!! Lots of options for you out there....
The software has worked great for the past 2+ years. There are some tweaks I would like to see that would make things more streamlined for me (adding a non-taxed monthly add-on and automated billing at midnight being the main ones that come to mind). Overall, I am happy with the software, but hopeful for more improvements Updated 10/1/20: The software has added several upgrades and has greatly increased the QoL. They are continually adding features and the support has been phenomenal. There are still a few things that I would like to see added in future updates but overall I am very happy with the progression of the software.
