Cardiff east branch have been amazing Came to our new build and seeded the garden and the grass has been just amazing! Darren has been on call if we had any questions and came back to us really quickly! Quote was quick and easy and the work got done not long after. Gentleman that completed the work were lovely and good at what they do. We opt for the monthly direct debit same as family members and we are so far very happy. Cardiff east are a great team

What a fraudulent company.. taking money by DD and rarely showing up, no answer to calls.. just get yoru gardener to do maintenance, lot cheaper as these guys are fraudsters

Removed family cars from the drive to be told they’ve run out of weed killer!! 😡 then said I’ve not got an account, then said it was for a quote ….. terrible customer service I have got an account, I gave you the go ahead regardless of price, …. Will update ratings when/if completed.

Just had Dan (Croydon) treat the lawn. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job.

After a fair few years of continual lawn maintenance our lawn has never looked better and is a major marvel in the place we live in. Most, if not all of that, is due to the service that GreenThumb provide. This last visit, last week, included aeration, scarification and Nutraboost and Oasis applications and already (even with very little rain) the lawn is set for another summer ! Thank you Glyn and Ian from Sheffield Branch. Personable, professional and hard working. These Guys cannot be topped !

Had my lawn Scarified by Glyn and Ian today, great job done and left no mess at all, which is tough when Scarifying. Glyn is a goo lad always gives good advice and is my usual visitor. Would recommend the Sheffield branch for anyone

Really unreliable. Have used them for a few years and grew increasingly frustrated by the unreliability of service. Appointments constantly changing, often no-one turned up when I was expecting them, leaving me to chase up for when they would come. Rubbish customer service.

Glyn & Ian from Sheffield branch scarified our lawns and did a great job. Fiddly job with different areas. The guys did a thorough job including bagging up all the stuff (28 bags!). Glyn took the time to give me some tips on lawncare and best way to do the next cut.

After having used green thumb a few years ago when I lived back in Liverpool, I didn’t hesitate to recommend them to my partner at the property we live at now in Royton greater Manchester, a guy called out on time and the company also gave me a call 15 minutes prior, which I asked them too, to let me know when he would turn up, The gardener who arrived was very friendly, he listened to what I wanted. And also gave me some great advice. On that basis I told my partner we will definitely be using green thumbs services, and I’ve now been informed the guy who came out to advise us and give us the quote. Will also be our regular gardener. An absolutely lovely guy. His name is IAN. And I look forward to seeing him again. ! Kindest regards. Kevin Taylor

Do not send invoices then demand payment. When something (like a weed treatment) fails you get charged again. keep clear

The product is great the person who has the franchise in my area is really rubbish , never answers emails, doesn’t come when he says he is going to come, but is very fast to collect and push for payment after his poor service - who is put there with a similar product?

Since Glyn at Greenthumb has been treating our lawns (front & back) we have seen a vast improvement, no weeds/moss etc and in the summer the grass looks a very healthy green. Glyn is also very knowledgeable and advises us on what setting to cut the grass on etc. All in all we are very happy with the service we receive from Greenthumb and would highly recommend.

We have been using Greenthumb (James Reigate/Epsom) for many years with no complaints. They always do a great job and turn up for every appointment and our lawn looks great :)

I have been a customer of Greenthumb for many years and generally been happy. However, prices have gone up ridiculously. Furthermore, they offered a clean/weed service and only completed half of it before aborting it due to my complaint. The Operative admitted there had been many complaints about this service and they were no longer going to advertise it (I'm not surprised). I have had to send emails back and forth for numerous issues, no shows for treatment (when I've waited in, cancelled appointments) so I have made the decision to cancel my contract. Lo and behold, they are now asking for payment of a service (only half completed) from 7 months ago! After my complaint, they arranged to come out and inspect and have a discussion with me, however they came when I was at work and had no access to the rear garden, so simply peered over my privet hedge from my neighbours garden and deemed this acceptable to investigate my complaint! Quite incredulous!! No further outcome or correspendence was sent until now, demanding payment for it! It is absolutely downright unprofessional. Even their Operatives don't speak highly of them and they are their employees!

A very poor service from greenthumb and even when cancelling appointments due to weather they still show up, do nothing and demand money. They have been treating my lawn for a year and have missed treatments by months. No actual improvement to the lawn and in some cases seems to be worse. The treatment plan they prescribed is nothing more than the pellets I can buy in any shop for a fraction of the price.
