I had a missing ingredient (cotija cheese) in one of my recipes but Green chef website doesn't have a field to report it the way Hellofresh has its unfortunate

I like that they are “green” with their packaging. Food is good and easy to prepare.

The vegan meals have been very good!

The meals are all have great flavors and are easy to make.

I don’t want pork ever. I want an option to eliminate it from my choices.

I've tried many of these services. Green Chef has the most choices for what I need as a dairy free, pescatarian. The food is tasty and varied.

I literally do not think you read these! This is at least the 5th time I've responded to this request for feedback with a 1 star review and requested that someone reach out to me! Nobody does and you keep sending these autogenerated review requests. On more than 1 occasion my meals were delivered soaked and ruined! I was home and took the delivery in immediately on so it did not sit at my door at all. An another occasion it was delivered after 9:00 pm. That was also wasted because that one sat overnight. I have wasted more than 100.00 on meals I had to throw away! I request that someone reach out and I request a refund for that week of meals because all 8 servings were ruined! Really it should be 2 weeks because the ones that were delivered at sat overnight were also ruined by the next morning. I'm canceling my subscription.

The meals are delicious and healthy. The produce is fresh and food arrives ice cold on schedule.

Again this company doesn’t listen to their reviews. The most recent delivery has sup par vegetables even after they responded to my most recent Trust Pilot review. Just received another delivery. The carrots in one of the meals were dried out and split down the center exposing the heart of the carrots. They look like they picked these up of the roadside and put them in the box. No wonder they only have a 3.9 rating here.

Great fresh ingredients and easy to follow step by step recipes.

Edit: My experience with Green Chef was the epitome of customer service! I didn't receive a generic response or stock feedback. There was actual back and forth correspondence with attention given to my specific situation. All other companies should take note. I look forward to enjoying more delicious Green Chef recipes. Last week's menu was 3 slight variations of the exact same recipe. I actually thought I had skipped last week's delivery, but the disappointment came with the repetitive recipes. I also referred a friend who is now a regular subscriber. I have yet to receive the referral reward. I typically enjoy Green Chef. The recipes have expanded my palate. In the future, I will be more intentional about recipe choices, since the ones pre-chosen are lacking in variety, and delivery cancelations.

Some of the meals have more steps than I like.
