Went to the NEC wedding show on Sunday and was collared by one of the reps. He told us to sign up was ‘completely free’ and there would be no charge if we cancelled within two weeks. Decided it wasn’t for us and cancelled less than 12 hours later and had £30 taken despite being showed a page on his iPad saying ‘£0 charge’. It’s seems he’d deliberately picked a delivery day for us that was never within the time frame to cancel. Absolute con. Have managed to speak to customer services and get a refund but be vigilant of fraudulent reps after a sale.

Overall the products are good quality. I wish there was an easier way to update weekly choices. Sometimes they do not save correctly when I edit them. Also, there have been a few occasions where recipes or ingredients were missing.

The food arrives fresh. There is large variety of meals to select from. We are big fish eaters so I appreciate the meals that feature fish as the protein. The meals are delivered safely packaged and the preparation instructions are clear and easy to follow.

I do love the product for the most part. At times the vegetables do not seem very fresh and sometimes are not organic but over all its been a good addition to our family dinner time. Every meal has been one I would have again.

Love to all of the meals they were easy to prepare, flavorful, and easy cleanup. What more can you ask for?

The recipes are mostly good but not great. Especially for the price the quality and portions are so-so.

Love that meals are separated into labeled paper bags! Ingredients have been fresh and meals easy to prepare! Also they are delicious! I would definitely recommend Green Chef!

I was going to sign up for the service, but I decided to cancel my subscription 20 minutes after I signed up at 8am CST Sunday. It said I had until noon to cancel. But when I canceled my subscription it said I ordered 4 meals that I never approved and honestly didn't prefer. This is really fraudulent and now I am wasting time on a chat with a virtual agent. Not sure I'll see my money back, but it's these fraudulent transactions that are decieving consumers that has now lost my business forever. "Deactiviate subscription...but oh you also need to chat with us to cancel the order that you never placed..." Completely disappointing misleading and fraudulent system.

I love that every meal is delicious. The food seems fresh and healthy and that’s really important to me.

The meals are always fast and easy to make after a long day at work. They taste great too.

Everything is high quality, easy to follow preparation and I am very happy with the products and services.

It was more on us, but I was out of town and my wife left the box out for two long and we ended up throwing away both meals. Not sure if Green Chef wants to make a gesture, given that we are loyal customers?

Representatives have no authority or autonomy to make decisions. They can be replaced by computers.

No complaints about the food quality. I am alone and at times it’s more food than I can eat in a week.

I like the recipes although many are starting to be almost identical. The food is generally fresh, albeit the tomatoes are either hard or very soft. It would be nice to get one more ounce each of protein. What I don't like is that a lot of protein is upcharged, including getting organic which I thought this was supposed to be.

Green Chef meals always help me get a healthy variety of foods in my diet instructions are easy and most meals are made in 30 minutes

I’m impressed when a meal is delayed because of weather, the charge to my account is canceled and a reward is given to me for the inconvenience.

Some of the recipes are quite good, but the customer "service" is horrible. I had my firtst order delivered several days too late, and instead of a refund I was given a credit to be used later on an order that didn't include any sort of promotional discount (and I lost the first order promo discount). If you try to chat 99% of the time you get disconnected after going through the "olive" automated response, or you just keep cycling with the bot asking if you want to be connected to a representative, but when you click to connect it just keeps says it can't help and do you want a rep. So frustrating. My final straw was that I skipped my next 3 meals all at one time. For some bizarre reason, and not even cluing me n with a "do you want to review your menu for next week" it decided to send me the default menus for the middle week. I reached out BEFORE it was shipped and was told it couldn't be cancelled. I'm done. This was so annoying.

I was missing ingredients several times. Sometimes the produce was already wilting. I liked the recipes but the chicken portions were also small.
