Some of the recipes are quite good but customer "service" is terrible.

Some of the recipes are quite good, but the customer "service" is horrible. I had my firtst order delivered several days too late, and instead of a refund I was given a credit to be used later on an order that didn't include any sort of promotional discount (and I lost the first order promo discount). If you try to chat 99% of the time you get disconnected after going through the "olive" automated response, or you just keep cycling with the bot asking if you want to be connected to a representative, but when you click to connect it just keeps says it can't help and do you want a rep. So frustrating. My final straw was that I skipped my next 3 meals all at one time. For some bizarre reason, and not even cluing me n with a "do you want to review your menu for next week" it decided to send me the default menus for the middle week. I reached out BEFORE it was shipped and was told it couldn't be cancelled. I'm done. This was so annoying.
