Review summary
Gravity Active Entertainment has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate professional and service, though some mention concerns about customer service.
Great experience in northampton gravity. Yasin was on shift we had to speak to him regarding the little one with his age. He was very thorough and explained the rules. Little one seemed nervous to go on yasin was very good and encouraging good communication skills and a very nice lad to talk to. Thanks again and will be visiting again. Only down side is the price little expensive when taking three on.
Can't purchase parent and toddler session ticket for 4.5£ at the counter, however the price is showing on the screen behind.
I have been told to pay full price 29£ for a mum and a toddler.
Got angry, so checked online where is showing as fully booked, but the place almost empty.
Not surprised at all why is empty.
False advertising, place should be fined.
Never visit again.
The staff (Stevenage branch) were so amazing, especially the manager Sam and his colleague Will. We had a sen session for our son who is autistic for his 10th birthday. Sam did everything we asked for and more, nothing was too much. He even got Will to dress as Sonic Shadow as my son is a huge Sonic the Hedgehog fan.
The staff was showing tongue at children & being unhelpful. There was vomit in the trampoline which was not cleared. They used just cellophane tape to hold basket ball which was unsafe. The whole area looked worn out. I wouldn’t recommend .🤮
So poorly organised. Arrived at Gravity in Leeds around 5.10pm and it took staff so long to serve others and identify safety forms for individuals the kids didn’t get on until a 6pm slot. I cannot figure out what all the tapping was about. How difficult can it be to book people in and get a safety form signed. This will be my last visit. Absolute joke!
Been to gravity today and been go karting and immersive game box. We have really enjoyed it and been served my a young man called Iky he was very helpful through the whole process, we only came for karting but explained the game to the point we couldn’t resist. Would highly recommend
First visit to Gravity (Bluewater) and absolutely the last. As soon as we walked in I told another member of our party (this looks like a shambles in here!”
Shambles it absolutely was. We joined the long queue to get to the front to be told because haven’t signed the waivers online we had to join the queue for the computers at the side to sign the waivers and then queue again. Why not have a member of staff at the entrance directing people who has/hasn’t signed waivers of where they need to be to save people wasting time.
After waivers completed I questioned about myself supervising my 4 year old daughter as it states (in the FAQ) Gravity require under 5’s be accompanied by an adult, nothing about price or payment as when booking it doesn’t ask for ages etc simply how many participants. The staff on the till advised me I must pay a full price ticket.
I’ve never been anywhere which expects you to accompany a child to pay a full price ticket. A fee or fraction of the price, fine, but full price is just insane. £60 for 1 hour is extortionate! (Socks, myself, 4yr & 6yr).
I asked to speak to a manager and the lovely staff member asked to lady a few till along for to come over to which she rudely ignored the staff member and proceeded to serve people who were queuing. The supervisor (JESS) eventually came over after serving a handful of people in the queue and was immediately rude, kept interrupting me not listening at all, abrupt and has absolutely zero customer service skills. How JESS is a supervisor I have no idea. By this point my children were crying with the complete shambles going backwards and forwards to computers unsure what we were doing so I just paid the full price for myself to accompany my daughter and I told the staff member “she probably won’t go on at all now she’s upset”. I was correct she didn’t want to after getting upset because of the chaos trying to get in and sorted.
On the session finishing my son was refusing to get off the trampolines even after everybody else getting off and new session starting. Staff did not even check any children’s wristbands and my son could have continued jumping had I not have got him off. Completely ruined my first experience and I wouldn’t return again AT ALL nor recommend it to others.
Your website needs updating to clearly state adults supervising children under 5 need to pay (full price). Shambles of a place - AVOID
-Gravity Active (Stevenage) trampoline park is ridiculously overpriced for tickets in the first instance and requires a parent who is supervising their child on the trampoline floor to purchase a separate overpriced ticket also. Other companies state a much more reasonable price (half the price!) for a combined parent and child ticket.
-Additionally, upon arrival, staff demand the purchase of gravity branded socks, despite customers having already purchased perfectly adequate trampoline socks from a separate company.
-Information email states to arrive half an hour early for briefing and then there is no direction on arrival from staff regarding where to attend this briefing etc.
-The Trampolines, viewing area and toilets were visibly dirty and grubby!
Definitely do not recommend!
Severe delays and a very poorly run operation meant we couldn’t use the pass we bought. Ended up waiting >90 minutes for go karting and couldn’t book anything else. Customer service no help in resolving the issue.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They tell you it is from 18.45£ but then they charge you extra and it is not explained anywhere. When you try to call the customer service they are arrogant and not helpful. They will make you think you are in the wrong when basically they get more money and it is not mentioned anywhere in the breakdown
Don't bother its a drain of money and data mining.
Christ what a terrible experience. From the moment t we got in they wanted all the work down. Fill in forms. They data mine all your data. Email. Telephone numbers. Address. Dob. Cues massive for filling in forms on line. Then massive cue to get your wrist band. Costs of socks ridiculous as would let you use the older style socks although staff on trampolines were wearing old socks. Women rude on counter. 6 quid for a small slushy for 1 child. Lockers mostly broken had to leave unattended.
Gravity max Stratford very poor experience. VR headset fuzzy and wasn’t worth all 10 minutes you get . The floor is lava game the staff don’t allow you the full time. A golf screens not working so you walk around with a pencil and paper to keep score. Not enough staff. This was a trial day as my son wanted to have his birthday party here but this place is overrated and not worth it .
