My first purchase from Grade Mobile…
My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Delighted with the iWatch 9th Series
Delighted with the iwatch 9th Series an upgrade from the 6th series. Very easy to set up & battery health 100%. As there was only 1mm difference to my old watch I was able to use my old stainless band as I didn’t like the white band provided

I was a bit warey
I was a bit warey of sending an expensive item in the post. I was expecting to hear that the valuation wasn’t accurate and they might offer me less once I’d gone to the effort of sending it. I had nothing to worry about. They paid what they valued it at. There was a bit of a slow start. I did request a post label rather than them sending me packaging, but I never received the label by email. Packaging arrived a few days later. They have a portal where you can log in and see progress in real time, which is excellent. Once it was received they processed it quickly. Order number 230495

Excellent service
Excellent service. Fast in delivery of packaging to send my phone. Super fast in the valuation process. 100% will use them again. My payment was in the bank within 30 minutes. 230582 I would like to add- I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive. Easy experience trading phone in
ORDER NO. #231292 - My experience of using grade mobile was excellent. The postage pack arrived very quickly, they kept me informed all the way through the process and once I shipped it, they tested it and valued it £7 higher than the initial quote. Payment took a bit longer as there were issues with my bank details but the customer service team replied promptly to help resolve the problem so I could get paid! Highly recommend as it was so easy to trade-in my old mobile. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive!
