My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

I was quoted 130 pound as an estimated…
I was quoted 130 pound as an estimated price. I received email saying phone was received and it's undergoing test . Received another email subsequently with offer quote 158 pound and asking me to confirm account details Received another email saying amount has been transferred to my account with reference number . I didn't receive any money into my account so I had to contact them back ( no phone number / only email option) . Initially they claimed my account details was incorrect and asked me to send my correct details my email which I did . They confirmed again saying money is transferred into my account . I found that I have received 38 pound and not the actual quoted price . I contacted them back again - they replied this time saying it was actually a system error and that my phone had a deep scratch so my actual quote is 38 pound and not 158 pound. I understand that there can be error in system however not entirely happy with false information provided to me saying my mobile phone has deep scratch so they have to reduce the price to 38 pound ( intial quote 130). Now I am waiting for reply from them despite me sending 4 different emails with complaint and asking for clarification. Unfortunately I have to change my review from 5 star to 1 star due to this bad experience .
