My first purchase from Grade Mobile…
My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Was very disappointed at the big…
Was very disappointed at the big difference between the £178 max quoted when I booked it in (this must be for a gold plated version so don’t expect anywhere near) surely you should quote average price given…I received £45 for a fully functional, 86% battery health but very lightly scratched Iphone 12. Quoted payment in 4 hours but took approx 30! Other than that service was good on collection

Still waiting …
My contact with Grade Mobile started back on 26 April, sending mobile to them was quick & hassle free but after that I don’t know what happened. I rejected the first offer and accepted the second offer of £70. My payment eventually came thru at first offer! I queried this and was told a request for the difference had been asked for, still nothing! For something that I thought would be quick and straightforward, it’s dragging out too long.

I sold my 2 and a half year old iPhone 12 256GB. The service was easy to follow, speedy and great communication at all times. I was given an original quote but was very disappointed to be offered only 42% of the original quote after inspection. I thought my phone looked in decent condition to the naked eye, I trust their expert opinion but can’t help but feel a bit deflated after such a high quote originally. Overall, I’m pleased with the ease of service but disappointed with the amount I received. Maybe a price range, at the point of estimated quote, rather than a maximum amount quote would ease your customers expectations leaving them less disappointed by the time of payment. Easy experience....but what kind of phone would get the high tier price??....
I went on a comparison website to see what would be the best place to trade in for the phone I had. It came up with grade mobile. I was happy that it would have been about 359 rounds (or around) my phone was kept in incredible condition and was treated like a queen. It was very easy to send off and I did so quickly. It arrived very quickly. I was quickly advised it's been recieved and will be inspected. I then recieved my quote which was disappointing £250 due to some light scratched that wouldn't be seen and overall battery. I think that the condition my phone was considering it was used for 3 years was perfect and I really don't know what your phone would need to be to get the high band price at this website...so just because they offer more guys doesn't mean you will likely get it. But overall the experience was easy and yes I did get money so not a bad experience but not sure il go back.

Offered me £379 for my iPhone in near…
Offered me £379 for my iPhone in near perfect condition when they received it the offer was 1 £180 then £210 when I said no . They did send it back tracked to there credit . Went on music magpie they offered £279 but they paid on receipt the full amount . Bunch of chancers

I ordered an Apple Watch SE (Excellent Condition) and the Apple Watch came good condition but check the battery health and it was only 77% not the required 80%. So I have retuned it waiting for payment back to me. Happy with easy to return but if I didn’t check the battery health you wouldn’t have known. I would order from here again but always check the battery health. My order number was 319224
