My first purchase from Grade Mobile…
My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Paid more than quoted !!
I've recently sold my phone to Grade Mobile and I am very pleased with their service. They were one of the top providers to offer a best quote. I've received the postage pack in couple of days and they were prompt in communicating receipt of phone and inspection process. And to my surprise, they have paid me more than what they have initially quoted and quick payment. All in all a very good experience. Delivery as stated, the phone was better than expected just like new could not have asked for better. It’s also reassuring that a pre paid 48 hour return label was with the order not that it was needed highly recommended

Good on selling, poor on buying.
The phone I ordered arrived the next day and was as described. Grade mobile did not do so well with the purchase of my old phone. I was told I would get £135 for it but only offered me £45 which I rejected and had my phone returned.

Trusted this company with my phone after their offer of £260 for my IPhone 13 only to be offered £130 and then £140 - total waste of time. Don’t trust this company with your device they won’t offer what they quote in the hope you don’t want the hassle of re-selling somewhere else

Excellent condition iPhone 12 Pro Max - appears battery has been changed to non apple one
Bought a pristine reconditioned iPhone12 pro max. Phone case is excellent. Checked battery but unable to determine health as phone stated it is not an apple battery. I will need to see how long battery stays charged for and lasts. I used a promotional code which gave me £10 off. This showed in the basket but I was still billed the full amount. Order 319968
