I sold my 2 and a half year old iPhone 12 256GB. The service was easy to follow, speedy and great communication at all times. I was given an original quote but was very disappointed to be offered only 42% of the original quote after inspection. I thought my phone looked in decent condition to the naked eye, I trust their expert opinion but can’t help but feel a bit deflated after such a high quote originally. Overall, I’m pleased with the ease of service but disappointed with the amount I received. Maybe a price range, at the point of estimated quote, rather than a maximum amount quote would ease your customers expectations leaving them less disappointed by the time of payment.
