My first purchase from Grade Mobile…
My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Brilliant company to deal with
231828 - Brilliant company to deal with. No hassle sending instructions, complete with tracking label very easy. Kept me up to date constantly and provided link so I could look at where they were in the process of checking my phone. All complete in a week and that was during Easter. Would definitely use again and also recommend, even better when my final quote was more than the original one!! Very happy customer thank you 😊

Best company I’ve used for a phone trade. Honest valuation, quick processing and payment. Better than some other companies who offer a few quid more and then ‘revalue’ your phone even though there’s nothing wrong with it. Grade even paid a bit more than the initial valuation.
