My first purchase from Grade Mobile…
My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

The service was quick and efficient
The service was quick and efficient, just the price was a lot lower than expected, but all these recycle services do this, show you the best price but in reality you have a very small scratch and it's 20% less. Order 231732

Dishonest quote
Offered a quote for my phone. I posted the device immediately and then was offered a much lower price as they claimed it was only average condition. The whole experience took almost 10 days (I appreciate there has been a bank holiday) and now I am waiting for return of my device. Which incidentally has been well looked after and is in excellent condition.

Great service
The whole process was easy and quite fast. I was kept up to date for the whole process. Unfortunately they weren’t able to offer me the price I would have liked, but they did offer to increase it. They are trustworthy and for that I would recommend! (Order number 231581)

229991 I was skeptical using a company I hadn’t heard of - they offered the most on a comparison site and decided to give it a go I have been pleasantly surprised with the customer service I have received, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to help Payment was made and received on the same day I accepted the offer - would highly recommend and will use again
