My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

Used this company for the first time and was very pleased about the entire process. Free packaging sent ( or collection option also available f.o.c ) Easy process to submit details on line. Quotation given and payment made very quickly with no problems. I was kept advised of progress every step of the way. Would certainly recommend and would use again.

Professional and helpful service with effective outcome
initially the response to my request was encouraging but unfortunately the valuation of my phone was not what i had expected .However to be positive i understood the explanation and assessment of the condition of the phone and accepted the offer.This was handled promptly with payment on the same day to my bank account. Garde mobile is scammer
I sent an original dry and cable phone to sell to this company. I sent it for a payment option up to 725 pounds but they offered 465 pounds and I did not accept it. I asked for a refund and they sent me a broken camera lens and also did not send the original box and charging cable. Do not send a phone to these scammers.
